Appearance with medium intensity and a lemon colour. On the nose the intensity is medium- with primary aromas of elder flower, pear, yellow plum, apricot and wet stone. Secondary aroma of butter biscuit. On the palate it had an off dry sweetness, medium+ acidity, high alcohol (14,5%), medium body, medium flavour intensity and flavour characteristics from primary flavours was elder flower, pear, yellow plum, wet stone and secondary butter biscuit. The wine had a long finish with perfect balance that made the wine outstanding.
