On the nose we get notes of citrus, like lemon, lime zest, grapefruit, fresh orange. Some tropical fruits, white peaches, apricots, green apples, fresh cold climate pears.
On the palate the apples are more yellow, with citrus like tangerine, orange zest, tropical fruits like lychee, grilled pineapple, ripe lime. Brioche, toast, almonds, honey, yeast.
refreshing acidity, good mouthfeel, light creamy mousse, light crisp bubbles, good concentration and length.
