Château la Louviére Blanc 1984
This wine has a straw yellow towards orange colour.
The bouquet presents yellow mature and dried fruits, as well as some oaky spices and minerality.
It follows up on the palate with yellow Apple, apricot and peach.
Candied citrus. Fig, prunes, dried apricot and dried mango, hints of pineapple. Honey, minerals, earthy tones and hints of cedar and oak. Nutty.
Medium acidity, some tannin structure almost.
Balanced and layered. Long. Very interesting, and a pleasant surprise that the fruit is so nicely perserved.
